LETTER FROM THE BOARD

Our second pool season.......

Late in 2009 the North Carolina Community Association Institute named the Preston Village Board of Directors as "Board of the Year” (documents in the PV Library).  We were surprised,  honored and humbled by this, as last year was a trying year for the PV Community and the Board as we worked through the decision on becoming pool  owners and all that this ownership entails.  We are now on our second pool season and we sincerely hope that everyone, well certainly the vast majority of you, feel the decision made by the community to purchase the pool was the right decision.    We want to thank all of Preston Village for their support in our resulting award as “Board of the Year” and we hope that you are enjoying your pool.  If not, let the Pool Committee, PPM or the Board know.
