IS THE SWIMMING POOL IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS?
No. The swimming pool located inside of the Preston Village Community off of Preston Village Way is part of the Prestonwood Country Club. You must be a member with a have a Social, Tennis or Full Membership of Prestonwood Country Club to use the pool. Guests are permitted with a member for a charge of $5/per day, per guest. If you will have guests (family members) from outside of Wake County visit for an extended period of time - the fee for your guests is only $5/per guest for the period of their visit.

ARE THE LAKERIDGE TOWNHOMES A PART OF PRESTON VILLAGE AND CAN PRESTON VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS USE THE LAKERIDGE WALKING PATH AROUND THE POND?
Yes, LakeRidge is a part of Preston Village and the trail is available to all Preston Village residents.

WHAT THINGS REQUIRE ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL?
Any change to the exterior of your house or lot (i.e., additions, landscaping, basketball goals, etc.) requires approval by the Architectural Review Board. Forms for submission can be found in the Library section of our website.

WHAT ARE THE RULES ABOUT SATELLITE DISHES?
These require architectural approval, unless they are less than one meter in diameter.

WHERE DO I GET THE ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATION?
You can download it from the library section of this web site or call Sara Brennan at PPM, Inc., 848-4911, ext. 131, and she will mail you one.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVAL?
Once a complete application is received, the process takes less than thirty days.

IF I DO NOT HAVE KEYS TO THE PLAYGROUND AND RESTROOMS AT THE SHELTER, WHERE DO I GET THEM?

IS PARKING ALLOWED ON THE STREETS IN PRESTON VILLAGE?
Regular parking on the streets is not allowed in Preston Village.

CAN I PARK MY BOAT IN THE DRIVEWAY AT MY HOUSE?
No. Boats, campers, trailers, etc. must be parked in your garage or in an area with screens or covers as specifically approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
