Gaining Access to the Pool - interim solution

To enter the pool  prior  to installation of the Key Security System the following  procedure will be used.

Residents should simply go to the pool and sign-in at the sign-in  table.  Your name will be verified against a community list. Providing your HoA dues are current you will be permitted to enter the pool. If you are past  due you will not be permitted to enter the pool or reserve the picnic shelter or the pool shelter.

Once the Security System is installed you will need to register on it.  Further details will be provided at that time.

We want you input about our Pool

First, we want to thank everyone for your support/input on our community pool.

Second, we'd like to point out that pool operations to the PV HoA Board is a new experience. We don't claim to  be experts (note that we hired a professional management company).  We can honestly  say we have sought input from many experienced volunteers and professionals.  We also know that we want this to be our pool, not Prestonwood's and not any other  communities.

To that end,  we encourage all residents to submit their input, concerns and recommendations on managing the PV pool. Based on this input we will adjust our rules/policies as appropriate for next year, perhaps sooner.  The rules we have implemented for 2009 are just that  - rules for 2009.  We will amend them as needed in the future.  Please be patient while we learn this process.
